Class Description

Each Yoga in the Vineyard experience includes a one-hour guided yoga practice at the winery. The yoga class is suitable for everyone, from the absolute beginner who has never stepped on a yoga mat, to the seasoned practitioner who already knows a stretch or two, and everyone in between. Every class, set in the beauty of the vineyard,
will consist of a series of strengthening, toning and relaxing postures, finishing with a guided meditation.
Yoga in the Vineyard instructors are certified experts who have years of teaching experience and draw from the many disciplines of yoga, such as hatha, Moksha, ashtanga and even laughter yoga. Yoga in the Vineyard teachers are accustomed to instructing all levels and will offer variations on poses and tailor each class as needed.
Classes will take into account the abilities of the participants and the unique beauty of each winery setting to provide a memorable yoga experience for all participants. And don’t let any rain clouds discourage you – there is always a rain plan that includes yoga in some of the amazing hospitality rooms in the vineyards
What To Bring
What to bring? Well, besides your amazing self and girlfriends, significant other or family members you love the most, please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, a towel and comfortable clothing suitable for yoga.

Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the event, participants must be 19 years of age or older.
